Privacy Policy

• Photos and videos you provide. When you capture or upload images to identify and value an item, we process them to extract item attributes, condition notes and related details. Photos are stored on our servers as the source of truth for your items.
• Device and log data. Basic device information, app version, crash logs and performance data to keep the app working.
• Account information. If you sign in with email and password, or with Google, we store your email address and basic profile details. Marketplace connection tokens (when that feature is available) are stored separately — see Marketplace connections below.
• Optional photo-library saves. With your permission, captured photos can also be saved to a per-item album in your device's photo library. You can turn this off in Settings at any time.

• To identify items, estimate value, and generate listing text.
• To rank marketplaces based on your item and your selected goal.
• To auto-save your progress as you go — items, listings and dashboard entries are kept in sync with your account, with no manual save step.
• To improve identification accuracy and fix errors.
• To send account or billing communications if you subscribe.

We do not sell your personal information. Photos, listings and account data are not shared with third parties for advertising. Information is only shared when:

• You choose to publish a listing to a marketplace — then that marketplace receives the listing content you approved.
• We use cloud service providers to process and store data securely.
• We are required to comply with legal process or protect our rights.

• eBay (in development). When direct eBay publishing becomes available, connecting your eBay seller account will use eBay's own sign-in (OAuth). GoSell will store an access token — never your eBay password. You will be able to disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored token.
• Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Mercari, Vinted and Poshmark. GoSell never asks for or stores your login for these marketplaces. Listing hand-off is manual: GoSell prepares your photos and listing text, and you complete the post yourself in your own logged-in session on their app or website.
• When you publish. Posting a listing means that marketplace receives the listing content you approved, under your own account and subject to that marketplace's terms and privacy policy.

Guest sessions are stored temporarily to complete the current price estimate and listing flow. If you create an account, your items, listings and settings are kept until you delete your account or we are required to remove them. You can request deletion by contacting us.

• Photo library saves. Toggle in Settings.
• Reset app data. Settings includes a reset option that clears GoSell data stored locally on your device.
• Account data. Review or delete from Settings, or contact support.
• Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the current paid period.

GoSell is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
