Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. This is a starter terms document for owner review. Do not submit it to the App Store without approval from qualified legal counsel.

1. Acceptance

By using GoSell, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

2. What GoSell does

GoSell helps you identify items, estimate value, choose marketplaces and draft listing content. We are not a marketplace and we do not buy or sell items. We do not guarantee a sale, a specific price, or the accuracy of any valuation.

3. Your listings and conduct

  • You are responsible for the truth and accuracy of every listing you publish.
  • You must comply with each marketplace's rules and all applicable laws.
  • You may not use GoSell to list prohibited, counterfeit, stolen or illegal items.
  • GoSell may flag common prohibited categories, but this is a convenience, not a legal review. It is your responsibility to confirm an item is allowed before listing.

4. Marketplace hand-offs

Where GoSell does not publish directly, we provide a guided checklist to help you post on the marketplace yourself. The actual listing contract is between you and that marketplace. GoSell never charges a percentage of your sale, but marketplaces may charge their own fees.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Plus and Pro plans are billed through the platform you signed up on. You can cancel from Settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Features described are subject to change.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos and listings you create. GoSell retains rights to the app, its code, design, generated UI text and brand assets. You may not reverse engineer, copy or resell the app.

7. Limitation of liability

GoSell is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, missed sales, marketplace account issues, or decisions you make based on a valuation or recommendation.

8. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us through the About page. This contact method is a placeholder pending legal review.
